How do i connect my dvd recorder( Wharfedale DVD-R24HDF with Freeview and HDMI) to my sky digi box? - dvd recorders hdmi great product!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I just got a new DVD recorder with DVB-T, the problem is automatically place on free radio and I want my hand Sky Box Sign (default .. not more). Its driving me crazy! Im not with good transport links, etc. So, what if someone can suggest the problem could be and I thank you in the right way to connect to (simplified "Idiots Guide" is a good thing, it would lol!)
