I think the use of matched Cordovan shoes. I searched online and found that the recommended colors for the medical society, a conservative black, navy and gray. Please suggest. Thank you.

I would stick with black, navy or gray. Brown is not conservative enough.

I think it should be as carefully as possible. If you do not owe any money, you do not they want a reason not to hire. But only if that suit you, then you have no choice.
