Do I have to roast and peel green chiles before using them in a recipe? ? - substitute for poblano chiles
It seeded and chopped green chilies (large, green, round) and put it in my chili recipe for filling the pot. He urged the poblano chiles, but not sell it where I live. I replaced the green pepper and do not plan to fry, and the first Peel. Does anybody know if this is ok? Help!

it finds. Never .... I actually peeled chiles burn the hands. It also makes a pot, which should be good ... should work out:)
